I have been thinking about stress these last day and I think that I have found a solution. This is a solution have been using for a couple of years and I have told this to my friends and it seems that this solution works. Read the whole text before you start.
First you have to find the cause of the problem. It might be a big serious problem or a small ridiculous one. Find it. After you have found it and you are 100% sure of it being the cause.
Lie down somewhere comfortable, close your eyes and relax your whole body. Now imagine the problem. Imagine it as if you were looking from third person view. At this point imagine the whole scene getting dark almost unrecognisable till it becomes total darkness. After this think about one of your happiest moments of your life and stick to it. If in case you fall asleep that's not a problem because the important is to remember to darken the bad thought if it pops up in a dream.
Of course this is only a temporary remedy. The problem will eventually reappear in your mind, usually it reappears 1 or 2 months after this procedure. Till this happens the problem will always be locked in a safe somewhere in your mind. It won't reappear before the 1st month unless you are looking for it. REMEMBER THE PROBLEM IS IN A SAFE BUT YOU HAVE THE KEY.
